Summary
Portfolio Manager for Real Estate responsible for overseeing and optimising a diversified portfolio of real estate assets in the Americas, supporting strategic planning, asset performance management, financial analysis and coordination with cross functional teams and external partners. The role delivers market intelligence, tracks trends and provides insights to support development, asset management and investment decisions. Reports to Head of Portfolio Management and Head of Real Estate, Americas and is based in New York.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of real estate assets and develop asset level and portfolio strategies for the region
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Recommend development, optimisation, consolidation and disposition strategies based on analysis
- Prepare financial evaluations of projects and assets and track KPIs such as sales performance and sales density
- Prepare and present reports, project updates and business cases to senior management
- Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership in retail development processes
- Manage data gathering, consolidation and reporting for analysis and briefings
- Collaborate with brands to align merchandising and clientele strategy with city network strategies
Requirements
- At least 5 years professional experience in the Americas in analytical, consulting, real estate or related fields
- Business acumen with strong interest in real estate and luxury fashion
- Strong analytical skills with critical thinking mindset
- Basic financial modelling skills
- Detail oriented with creative problem solving and ability to manage changing priorities
- Collaborative communicator with effective written, verbal and visual skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English; bilingual in Chinese Spanish French or Italian is a plus
