Summary
Proactive and detail oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support brand PR operations, media monitoring, reporting, asset management, and execution of regional and national PR initiatives in a hybrid role. The position supports campaign reporting, event coordination, vendor and budget tracking, and local media relations to elevate brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Track media coverage and compile daily recaps and campaign specific reports.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform PR efforts.
- Maintain and update PR tools, databases, contact lists, and media kits.
- Develop and manage PR assets including image galleries and press rooms.
- Support planning and execution of PR events, activations, and sample seeding.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
- Respond to regional press inquiries and support local media efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the corporate affairs team as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of information and files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional PR or marketing experience.
- Proficiency with media platforms, tracking and reporting tools such as Cision or Launchmetrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with media, influencers, customers, and cross functional partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
