Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement for precious jewelry. Role is onsite at the Boston store and includes both in-person and digital outreach using technology to drive sales and wardrobing.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for jewelry
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and technology usage to increase productivity

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion or jewelry retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet sales goals and maintain a flexible schedule
