Job Description

Join a dynamic and growing fashion company based in New York, NY, as President. This role will be instrumental in leading the next phase of growth by shaping strategy, expanding distribution, and strengthening brand presence across premium and luxury markets. You will work closely with the creative leadership to translate the brand’s vision into commercial success, while overseeing all aspects of sales, business development, and operations.

This is not a traditional President role that leads entirely through strategy and delegation. As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, the President will be hands-on across all areas of the business, from high-level strategy to day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring nothing is too big or too small to take on. If you are an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for building scalable fashion businesses and a deep understanding of the women’s premium segment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive overall business strategy to achieve growth targets across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Expand wholesale distribution across premium and luxury retailers, including major department stores and specialty/independent boutiques
  • Lead the development and execution of a direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy that strengthens brand equity and drives profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities in U.S. and international markets across brick-and-mortar and digital platforms
  • Partner with creative leadership to translate brand vision into sustainable commercial wins
  • Oversee financial planning, merchandising, and operational functions to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key market players, retail partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead and inspire a small, high-performing team with a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style
Requirements
  • Extensive executive-level experience in women’s fashion, ideally in the premium or luxury segments
  • Proven success leading wholesale, retail, and D2C strategies at scale
  • Strong financial and merchandising acumen, with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercial results
  • Established reputation in the industry with a robust network of contacts across retail, wholesale, and digital channels
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing organization
  • Exceptional taste, vision, and ability to guide scalable brand growth
  • Energetic and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset
