Press and VIP Intern

As a Press and VIP Intern at Paul Smith, you will support the Press and VIP Associate and Manager with various press-related activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about media outreach, celebrity relationships, and the daily operations of an in-house fashion brand.

• Manage sample requests for US titles using Fashion GPS, including send outs and deliveries.
• Coordinate messenger and delivery services.
• Assist with style selections and suggestions for stylist dressing requests.
• Communicate with stylists and assistants.
• Handle store pulls, recording, and returns.
• Liaise with the LA Studio Services team for studio fittings and communications.
• Organize and present the Press Office/Room.
• Perform tailoring and dry cleaning tasks for sample care.
• Compile daily press and social tracking reports.
• Draft market outreach communications.
• Research cultural and industry trends aligning with brand strategy.
• Collate in-house reports, including VIP, trends, and events reports.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university program and eligible for school credit.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong team player with clear communication skills.
• High level of professionalism in correspondence.
• Enthusiastic to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Self-sufficient with the ability to take initiative.
