Summary
Lead technology portfolio strategy and execute high-impact programs to drive investment discipline and organizational excellence. Serve as both strategist and hands-on executor, partnering with engineering, product, and executive leadership to prioritize and deliver technology solutions that advance business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology portfolio management, including investment prioritization and governance.
- Establish frameworks for resource allocation, roadmapping, and capacity planning.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and build business cases to inform decisions.
- Own and execute complex programs from inception through delivery across platforms.
- Drive technology rationalization and application lifecycle management.
- Create dashboards and reporting for portfolio health, program status, and value realization.
- Facilitate steering committees, investment review boards, and portfolio health reviews.
- Mentor and develop program managers and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate to audiences up to the C-suite.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of technical program management experience with increasing scope and complexity.
- 5+ years leading portfolio management, investment prioritization, or program governance.
- Experience with platform modernization, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and collaboration technologies.
- Experience with AI adoption and AI assisted development tools preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct financial analysis, ROI assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery models.
- Experience recruiting and managing external consultants.
