Print Design Operations Manager, Collection

Summary

Provides operational support for Women's Collection print design, helping ensure artwork and colors are communicated accurately and product integrity is maintained. Partners with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, sourcing offices, factories, and mills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate print artwork and color communication with mills, track strike-offs, document comments, and monitor work-in-progress.
• Ship color standards and artwork, receive strike-offs and sample yardage, and prepare materials and agendas for design meetings.
• Maintain seasonal strike-off binders, print archives, and Collection Prints XD and Airtable bases.
• Support design presentations, code and approve invoices in Ariba, and assist with other department tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in product development and garment manufacturing or sourcing.
• Knowledge of Excel, Flex PLM, and Airtable; Flex PLM knowledge or familiarity with the product category is preferred.
• Strong aesthetic judgment, communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks to specifications and deadlines; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
