Print Designer - Polo Women's

As a Print Designer for Polo Women's at Ralph Lauren, you will focus on creating artwork that aligns with the Ralph Lauren aesthetic. You will work closely with the Design Head of Prints and Polo design to manage the Polo Women's Prints each season, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs.

• Collaborate with the Design Head of Prints and Polo design to design and manage Polo Women's Prints each season.
• Bridge information and creative direction with tear sheets, inspirations, photos, and printed fabric research.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development teams.
• Lead research for new print ideas and work with the Concept Team before concept presentations.
• Create new patterns and repeats, and manage art packs for mills based on deadlines.
• Build and update design presentation boards and prepare for meetings.

• 3+ years of experience in print design.
• Highly detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to clean and refine artwork while maintaining pattern integrity.
