Summary
Responsible for promoting high-end product categories to existing and prospective high net-worth clients through appointment-based selling, wardrobing, and events while achieving targeted sales objectives and representing the brand at a luxury level.
Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales targets and grow high-end penetration across product categories
- Maintain and develop a book of VICs with a minimum 3+ million sales book expectation
- Identify and recruit new high-potential prospects and collaborate on retention strategies
- Host in-person and virtual appointments and serve as brand host during store events
- Mentor store teams on building high-end client relationships and elevating client experience
- Collaborate with leadership and client relations teams on client development initiatives
- Stay current on fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
- Exercise independent judgement to tailor client strategies and follow-up communications
- Assist colleagues and support store events and business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- Proven track record with minimum 3-million-dollar sales and high-end product penetration
- Ability to use POS and inventory management systems and strong digital literacy
- Excellent interpersonal, client centric, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma minimum
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Foreign language skills preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
