Job Description

Summary

As a Private Client Manager, you will be the driving force behind our Prestige products and Rarities, delivering exceptional service and shaping our business. Reporting to the Private Client Director, you will plan and implement commercial strategies to grow existing relationships and seize new opportunities, engaging exceptional clients with high-end offers and personalized services.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement commercial strategies to increase business and gain new opportunities by targeting (U)HNWI through key relationships and personalized services.
  • Lead all aspects of commercial relationships from prospecting to invoicing, sales, delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to update MH CRM database and ensure compliance with client data protection.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Director to create tailored client experiences and drive sales through targeted campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • 7+ years of luxury sales experience with marketing and brand management.
  • Existing network within the U.S. (U)HNWI consumer market.
  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer Sales with ultra-high network clientele.
  • Strong social and networking skills rooted in the local community.
  • Proven ability to sell luxury products and close deals through robust relationships.
  • Client-focused approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
