Job Description

Summary

Process Engineer responsible for ensuring efficient Distribution Center operations, supporting inventory control, driving continuous improvement projects, and partnering with third party logistics providers to meet service levels and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expert knowledge of Warehouse Management System and V65 Infolog configuration and setup
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs and lead 3PL teams to achieve targets
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing with the 3PL as required
  • Develop and maintain DC procedures and validate best practice implementation
  • Define and lead continuous improvement projects to increase throughput and reduce cost
  • Implement sustainable initiatives within the DC and logistics loops
  • Validate and perform time studies on operations
  • Support inventory teams with cycle counts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Support audit preparations and review operational workflows to reduce errors

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of logistics processes and Distribution Center operations
  • Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
  • BA in Business or Operations or equivalent warehousing experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Team oriented with strong partnership and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a culturally diverse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and PowerBI
