Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience.
- Experience in Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create technical manufacturing documentation.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience with cGMP standards and quality tools like SPC, 6 Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
