SummaryAs a Process Tech III at our Lockbourne facility, you will be the primary technical resource for Digital Surfacing Technology, ensuring the success of all operational aspects of the DST lines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality production standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of products, processes, and equipment for digital surfacing.
- Direct activities of operators and inspectors, enforcing process disciplines.
- Resolve process problems to minimize downtime and maximize yields using problem-solving methods and technical resources.
- Execute daily production plans, managing workflow to meet production goals and standards.
- Control labor, process supplies, and tools to meet budget plans.
- Maintain supply inventory, process tooling, fixtures, and equipment for optimal throughput.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment teardown and rebuild.
- Develop and execute training plans with the DST production Manager.
- Maintain and report production data and documentation per ISO standards.
- Support team to meet Key Operating Measures such as Quality Control and On-time delivery.
- Utilize continuous improvement techniques to exceed minimum standards.
Requirements- Associates degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in a process or manufacturing technical role.
- Competency in diagnostic equipment, control systems, robotics, and automated equipment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based architecture and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a disciplined structured work environment.
- Experience in high volume lean manufacturing/continuous flow operations is preferred.
- Training in a technical field and understanding of automation & process control logic is preferred.
