Job Description

Summary

Join our team as a Processor - Data in Orangeburg, NY, where you will play a crucial role in managing membership databases and ensuring data accuracy. You will be responsible for processing data requests and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Load, update, and cancel subscribers or dependents in the membership database promptly.
  • Follow data processing guidelines and meet established standards.
  • Log all requests on appropriate tracking spreadsheets and save PDF requests in corresponding folders.
  • Work on research queues and resolve membership discrepancies for accuracy.
  • Communicate with Team Lead, team, and client personnel regarding data issues.
  • Enter data from various sources including email, fax, and standard forms.
  • Complete all requests within business standards.
  • Perform membership audits upon request.
  • Assist on EDI discrepancy error files and coordinate EDI Implementation process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Detailed working knowledge of IBMI and Electronic Data Interchange preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
  • 10 Key by touch and type 4-50 wpm.
