Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Implement procurement strategies based on need analysis, cost analysis, and supplier market analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and develop a supplier database.
- Manage supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting processes.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead annual supplier risk analysis campaigns.
- Support Hermes Sustainability Development initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement within the Luxury industry.
- Experience in Cost Estimation, Construction operations, and/or IT Procurement is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and negotiation strategies.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; French language is a plus.
