Summary
Hybrid role supporting procurement operations and strategic sourcing activities for multiple Maisons. Responsible for ensuring efficient P2P processes, compliance with procurement policies, data driven reporting, and supporting RFQs and RFPs to deliver cost savings and vendor selection.
Responsibilities
- Act as back-up for procurement tasks including PO creation and vendor transactions within SAP
- Troubleshoot and resolve procurement related issues
- Drive adoption of procurement policies and Group KPIs across Maisons
- Lead continuous improvement of procurement policy and processes
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and key metrics
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision making and identify risks
- Manage end to end RFQs and RFPs including stakeholder briefing and supplier communications
- Facilitate proposal analysis, cost negotiation and vendor selection
- Provide ad hoc sourcing and procurement support to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
- Basic understanding of sourcing principles and procurement operations
- Experience with SAP Ariba Oracle or similar procurement ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational time management and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to drive projects independently with attention to detail
- Self motivated problem solver adaptable to changing demands
