Responsibilities- Act as back-up for team members in procurement operations, including PO creation and vendor management transactions within SAP.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, driving adoption and Group KPIs across Maisons.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and support spend analysis.
- Drive cost savings through competitive bidding and cost/contract negotiations.
- Support Maisons with sourcing questions and vendor communications.
- Track market trends, supplier performance, and emerging technologies.
- Support the implementation of sustainability objectives and good practices.
- Assist Sr. Manager, Sourcing in procurement and sourcing initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software/ERP systems.
- Self-motivated problem solver with basic project management skills.
