Procurement Specialist

Summary

Seasonal retail role supporting exceptional client experiences during peak periods by partnering with selling and operations teams to assist customers, process transactions, and support store services. The specialist will work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays and report to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process point of sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect clients with management when needed
• Support buy online pickup in store and curbside pickup operations
• Assist with alterations pickups and online order coordination with operations
• Partner to support fitting room experiences when required
• Introduce and promote store services such as alterations personalization and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and follow up on customer requests
