Product Curation Coordinator

Summary

Support the product development process from concept to launch by coordinating cross functional teams and managing product information systems. Maintain samples and presentation materials, communicate updates, and ensure timely follow through to enable successful product launches. Perform administrative and organizational tasks in a fast paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product information in systems such as Galaxy, Google Drive, and server
• Track photo samples and communicate updates to cross functional partners
• Coordinate with warehouse to organize and set up samples for reviews
• Act as conduit of information materials and samples to cross functional teams
• Prepare presentation boards to illustrate concepts and products in development
• Generate meeting notes and recaps within 24-48 hours for product development meetings
• Log web issues through JIRA
• Keep sample presentation areas and swatch bay clean and organized
• Archive design drawings throughout the development process

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience with familiarity in product development preferred
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Adobe InDesign Photoshop Illustrator and Acrobat
• Strong listening written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
• Ability to achieve results in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Comfortable with frequent change and shifting priorities
