Product Curation Coordinator

Summary

Coordinate product development activities from concept through launch, supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Maintain product information, track samples, and help ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product information in company systems and track photo samples and updates.
• Coordinate sample organization, reviews, photography, and assortment changes with warehouse, web, and photo teams.
• Prepare presentation boards, meeting notes, and recaps, and archive design drawings.
• Report web issues through JIRA and keep sample presentation areas organized.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience; familiarity with product development is preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Strong communication, organization, and listening skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
