Product Curation Coordinator

Summary

The Product Curation Coordinator supports the product development process from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product introductions. This role manages product information, organizes samples and photography, prepares presentation materials, and communicates updates and issues across teams. The coordinator works closely with warehouse, web merchants, and photo producers to maintain momentum and quality through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product information in systems such as Galaxy, Google Drive, and server
• Track and coordinate photo samples and communicate updates to cross-functional partners
• Organize samples with the Warehouse team for reviews and maintain sample presentation areas
• Prepare presentation boards and generate meeting notes or recaps within 24-48 hours
• Log web issues via JIRA and archive design drawings throughout development
• Coordinate sample photography and assortment changes with web merchants and photo producers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of product development or related experience preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and general computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
