Product Development - Women's Intern

Summary

Paid 9-week summer internship supporting the Womens Product Development team in New York City. The intern will assist with vendor kit turnover, CAD and mechanical creation, PLM data entry, sample reviews and cross-functional collaboration to learn jewelry product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with turning over new market vendor project kits including CAD posting requests
• Create mechanicals for components for internal and external use
• Release purchase orders and assign PLM vendor tasks
• Upload and input QA testing results into PLM
• Review new market samples with Project Managers and identify callouts for Design
• Attend daily Design meetings to expand jewelry and manufacturing knowledge
• Contribute to ASR projects to second source key styles
• Assist with product verification with Merchandising Vault and Ecommerce teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective cross collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn product development processes
• Willingness to contribute to the team in any capacity
