Product Leader, Growth & Acquisition

Summary

Lead RH's organic growth and acquisition efforts across a large global ecommerce platform, combining product management, enterprise SEO, and AI discovery strategies. Own the roadmap, experimentation, and measurement of organic channels to drive qualified traffic and revenue while partnering with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organic growth strategy and roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Drive enterprise SEO improvements including site architecture, crawlability, structured data, and page performance.
• Develop and implement AI discovery strategy for emerging search and conversational platforms.
• Build and run a disciplined experimentation program (hypotheses, A/B tests, analysis, scaling).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver growth initiatives and connect performance to acquisition and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth Product Management, SEO, or digital growth with measurable organic acquisition results.
• Deep enterprise SEO expertise: technical SEO, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, faceted navigation, and large catalogs.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4 or equivalent, experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and SQL or comparable tools.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership with a product-first mindset treating organic as a revenue driver.
