Product Leader, Growth & Acquisition

Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of organic growth across a global ecommerce platform, encompassing organic search, AI-powered discovery, and the digital acquisition journey. Use product management, SEO expertise, experimentation, and analytics to improve customer discovery and drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic growth strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against measurable business outcomes.
• Drive enterprise SEO improvements across site architecture, crawlability, structured data, and page performance.
• Develop the strategy for discovery through AI-powered search and conversational platforms, using data and emerging tools to inform decisions.
• Build and run experiments, analyze results, and scale improvements across acquisition and conversion.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, merchandising, content, and analytics teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Measure how organic growth affects customer acquisition, revenue, and long-term business performance.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Growth Product Management, SEO, or digital growth, with measurable results at scale.
• Deep enterprise SEO expertise, including technical SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, large product catalogs, and complex ecommerce environments.
• Experience with GA4 or equivalent, experimentation frameworks, dashboards, and SQL or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence through analysis and clear recommendations.
• A product-minded approach that connects organic growth to revenue and uses data to identify opportunities and take action.
