Product Management Associate, Polo Women's Wovens

Summary

Support the Polo Women's Wovens product development team from design handoff through production approval. Coordinate product development and production activities while helping ensure quality, cost, timing, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support timing and material planning, costing, purchase order management, and production tracking.
• Create and maintain bills of materials, technical packs, product records, and development documentation in PLM and related systems.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Merchandising, Technical Design, sourcing offices, vendors, and other partners.
• Track samples, fittings, approvals, deliveries, and production issues, escalating delays that may affect deadlines.
• Support sustainability documentation, showroom sample management, and trim development.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze product timing, cost, and material information and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with PLM and related product development or production systems is relevant.
