Product Management Manager

As a Product Management Manager at Ralph Lauren, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure product integrity from sample to production. You will drive product strategy to deliver the best value in terms of product, price, lead-time, and quality.

• Spearhead weekly cross-functional team meetings to resolve issues quickly.
• Develop creative solutions to address roadblocks and issues.
• Communicate strategies and align execution plans with Brand, Sourcing offices, and Product Integrity.
• Partner with Design on all design approvals and comments.
• Ensure design execution meets Product Standards/RL requirements.
• Drive optimized lead-times and activities from development to store.
• Create timelines with sourcing offices and vendors to meet production delivery deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve production issues.
• Maintain development and production costing for products.
• Review and update all costs from initial to final stages.
• Manage and track development and showroom samples.
• Submit and follow up on testing to ensure product quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain weekly T&A, WIP tracker.
• Partner with Merchandising, raw material teams, and sourcing office to position raw materials.
• Ensure fit approvals meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide order placement timelines and MOQs to Merchandising, Regions & Channels.
• Manage and submit production orders to vendors to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure clear and complete PLM tech packages are generated and sent to vendors.
• Update PLM tech packages with changes from bi-weekly add/drop memos.

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work-related experience.
• Critical thinking skills and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer systems: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, FlexPLM, GFE+, Ariba.
