Product Manager 2 - Inventory Movement

Summary

The Product Manager 2 - Inventory Movement helps evolve the customer experience by using data and customer insights to develop features and programs for inventory movement across the network. This role plans the product roadmap, prioritizes the technology backlog, leads product discovery, and measures results in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators for product epics and features, and develop plans to address performance declines.
• Use operational data to identify and implement opportunities to improve inventory movement.
• Prioritize features and develop quarterly priorities and the annual backlog.
• Partner with UX, Research, Engineering, Stores, and Supply Chain and Returns Operations on feature design and development.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product specifications and maintain feature objectives across connected systems.
• Develop A/B testing plans with Analytics.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management or equivalent experience; technology, ecommerce, or supply chain and logistics experience preferred.
• Basic ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Basic technical background and understanding of software development, A/B testing, and end-to-end system integrations.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity across complex operational flows.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
