Product Manager 2

The Product Manager 2 at Nordstrom Product Group plays a pivotal role in transforming Nordstrom's Merchandising processes. This position supports the private label group by creating and executing a strategic capability roadmap, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable value to stakeholders. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement new ways of working, transitioning from manual systems to a seamless, automated ecosystem.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
• Define and monitor success metrics, including OKRs and KPIs.
• Create quarterly priorities and annual backlogs to align with the strategic roadmap.
• Partner with finance and business teams to assess feature value and success metrics.
• Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders for feature development.
• Define requirements through wireframes, process flows, and user stories.
• Contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies, including UAT and change management.
• Support system health by triaging incidents and driving maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feature objectives are met.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and fostering communication.

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in technology, retail, or e-commerce.
• Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes for improvement.
• Basic understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working with both internally developed and third-party software solutions.
