Summary
The Product Manager 2 drives transformation of merchandising processes for the private label product group by creating and executing a strategic capability roadmap, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable value across stakeholders while transitioning systems to a scalable automated ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
- Define and monitor success metrics including OKRs and KPIs.
- Create quarterly priorities and annual backlogs aligned to the strategic roadmap.
- Deliver tactical plans for key workstreams and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
- Partner with finance and business teams to assess feature value and success metrics.
- Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders for feature development.
- Define requirements with wireframes, process flows, and user stories.
- Support go-to-market activities including UAT, communication, change management, and post-launch validation.
- Triaging incidents and driving system maintenance initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management or equivalent experience.
- Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvements.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with product lifecycle management or similar software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven collaboration skills across Analytics, Engineering, and UX teams.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working with internal and third-party software solutions and influencing stakeholders.
