Summary
Product Manager 2 supporting the in-store hardware team responsible for defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features to improve employee and customer experiences in stores. Partner with engineering UX research and business stakeholders to drive hardware and software solutions from discovery through go to market while measuring success with metrics and OKRs.
Responsibilities
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on feedback competitive analysis user experience and business objectives
- Establish and monitor metrics for success including OKRs and KPIs
- Prioritize features and manage quarterly priorities and annual backlog
- Define requirements including wireframes process flows and user stories
- Execute go to market activities including UAT communication and change management
- Support system health incident triage and maintenance initiatives
- Partner with UX research and engineering on hardware solutions
- Act as point of contact for stakeholders providing updates and gathering feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in technology retail or ecommerce
- 3+ years of hardware specific experience in retail or related industry
- Basic ability to define measure and analyze processes to identify improvements
- Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles including Agile
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Ability to build cross functional relationships with hardware asset management support and engineering teams
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills including presenting in a matrixed organization
