This role partners with engineering, data science, operations, carrier teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, lead discovery, and deliver integrations across WMS, OMS, carrier APIs, and customer-facing systems. The focus is on optimizing carrier selection, last-mile performance, same-day delivery, and related KPIs to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Transportation product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer experience.
  • Manage backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive feature delivery across carrier selection, routing, and rate shopping.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch validation and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Carrier Partnerships, and UX to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Design A/B tests and experimentation plans to validate delivery and shipping improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost-per-shipment, carrier performance, same-day fulfillment) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with data science and engineering teams on data-driven products; strong analytical skills and KPI development experience.
  • Basic technical proficiency with Agile methodologies, APIs, system integrations, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
  • Preferred: experience with carrier management systems, last-mile platforms, multi-node fulfillment networks, or carrier contracting and rate shopping.
