Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert in omnichannel customer experiences, products, tools, and market innovation.
- Capture and prioritize customer and business user needs related to omnichannel functionalities and products.
- Lead discovery sessions with Business, UX, and IT/Development teams.
- Translate user needs into use case scenarios, user stories, and business requirements.
- Define product strategy and roadmap to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and track test performance.
- Support creation of business cases to validate financial benefits and secure funding.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and make build vs. buy tradeoffs.
- Leverage Google Analytics to evaluate feature performance.
- Triage and troubleshoot product issues and user-reported system defects.
- Perform ongoing data analysis to understand employee and customer interaction.
- Identify areas for operational process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and drive integration with stores and partners.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or Business Administration with a focus on technology.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Digital Retail or Omnichannel product management.
- Experience in an agile software development environment and familiarity with scrum principles.
- Experience with SAP tools, Jira, Google Analytics, Figma, Miro, and user testing tools.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
