Product Manager - Ready-To-Wear and Shoes - Highland Park Village

As a Product Manager for Ready-To-Wear and Shoes at Chanel in Highland Park Village, Dallas, you will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for the internal team and clients. You will play a vital role in driving the business of your respective product categories by coaching and managing a diverse team of salespeople and working closely with the Boutique Director.

• Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients.
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Lead a team with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance.
• Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.

• Minimum 5 years of related retail sales and leadership experience.
• Ready-To-Wear and/or Shoes experience strongly preferred.
• People management experience required.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
