Responsibilities- Define and manage the product roadmap for enterprise systems such as Salesforce OMS and other backend platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity assessment to feature delivery and performance optimization.
- Serve as a thought leader in post-purchase experience design.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure systems meet evolving business needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineering and QA.
- Ensure seamless integration between platforms to support accurate order processing and customer service.
- Monitor KPIs and system performance to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Act as the product SME for order lifecycle management and customer service workflows.
- Support incident management by coordinating triage efforts and stakeholder communication.
- Foster a collaborative product culture with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise systems in an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Proven success managing Salesforce Order Management and service platforms.
- Deep understanding of order lifecycle processes and omnichannel fulfillment models.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Proven ability to lead incident response and platform stability efforts.
