Summary
Responsible for driving the development and continuous improvement of ERP applications for merchandising and finance, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. Supports operational efficiency and business growth through product management, analytics, and hands-on execution in a hybrid central office and distribution center environment. Requires proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with EDI processes and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and continuous improvement of ERP applications.
- Engage with merchandise vendors to coordinate and support EDI integrations.
- Collaborate on ERP projects, testing, and rollout initiatives.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing for new and existing applications.
- Document bug fixes, change requests, and business specifications.
- Leverage SQL and Tableau or other visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
- Support project execution and transition of deliverables into operations.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training, including virtual sessions, and develop LMS content.
- Support user adoption, training, and troubleshooting of ERP systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in ERP application management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and ERP systems for merchandising and finance.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with EDI processes and coordinating integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage cross team work.
- High attention to technical detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and be a self starter.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-25 percent, including overnight.
