Summary
Resourceful Product Procurement Specialist supporting Personal Stylists by sourcing and securing merchandise across the store fleet. Responsible for managing product requests from initiation to fulfillment, building relationships with in-store teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-demand items while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Source merchandise in-store using transfers, Options 7s, and ringing or shipping to meet stylist and client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with in-store concession teams to locate priority products
- Partner with store managers, operations, and loss prevention to facilitate transactions and merchandise transfers
- Navigate internal systems and maintain knowledge of in-store inventory and processes
- Own product requests from initiation through fulfillment and provide seller updates
- Ensure timely resolution of product sourcing issues and swift turnaround
- Communicate specialty capsules, trunk shows, and new product launches to stylists with guidelines and images
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably merchandising, store operations, or client service support
- Knowledge of product flow, inventory, and vendor relations
- Proven ability to support and collaborate with high-performing sellers
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Service driven mindset and understanding of high-touch client experiences
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
