Summary

Skilled production artisan contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods at the Texas workshop. The role supports production goals including safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while developing cross-departmental skills and participating in continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to manufacturing of luxury handbags and small leather goods
• Achieve safety quality efficiency and productivity objectives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and workshop
• Work flexibly across production departments such as assembly preparation or cutting
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with various departments on product development
• Be punctual organized and perform other duties as assigned
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• Team oriented with ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
• Ability to operate equipment and manual tools
• Dexterity to use hands to grasp and manipulate objects
• Fluency in English or Spanish with reading and writing ability in either language
• Knowledge of sewing on leather or canvas is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
