Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and precision of our ophthalmic lenses and frames. • Operate and maintain machinery in the coating, finishing, or surfacing areas.
• Inspect lenses and frames to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Clip, secure, and prepare lenses for various processes.
• Utilize equipment to bevel, mount, edge, and tint lenses.
• Ensure proper fit and alignment of lenses in frames.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, handling chemicals and equipment responsibly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related work experience in manufacturing or lab settings preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
