Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating eyeglasses that improve lives by enhancing sight. Working in a dynamic production environment, you will be part of a team responsible for crafting beautiful prescription eyewear, ensuring each pair meets our high standards before reaching our valued customers.

• Operate machines to prepare lenses, including shaping, cleaning, and inserting them into frames.
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work in various areas such as coating, finishing, and surfacing, with opportunities for cross-training.
• Handle tasks like clipping lenses, operating coating machines, beveling, mounting, edging, tinting, and inspecting lenses and frames.
• Utilize equipment for blocking, fine polishing, and washing lenses.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to meet measurable standards in a production environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Capability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to regularly lift 10 pounds.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
