Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to achieve daily production goals in the manufacturing of high-quality prescription eyewear. You will work in a dynamic environment that values technology and innovation.

• Perform necessary processes, calibration, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing to produce quality eyewear.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Identify quality, process, and workflow problems and segregate non-conforming products or materials.
• Work at various technician levels within surface and/or bench as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at the Production Tech level.
• Highest training status in 5 qualified functions, including at least 2 Senior Production Technician level functions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
