Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and accuracy of our ophthalmic lenses and frames. You will work in a dynamic production environment, utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail to contribute to our operational excellence.

• Operate and maintain machinery in the coating, finishing, or surfacing areas.
• Inspect lenses and frames to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Cross-train in various production areas to enhance versatility and efficiency.
• Work with and around chemicals in a potentially wet or dirty environment.
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift, with the ability to work overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related work experience in manufacturing or lab settings preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to meet measurable standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
