Job Description

Summary

As a Production Associate Technician on the 3rd Shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production department by adhering to productivity and quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the operational excellence of our global supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions.
  • Complete equipment calibration and setup, and promptly communicate maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
  • Identify quality, process, and workflow problems, and inform the Supervisor of any outstanding or recurring issues.
  • Participate in the training of Associates, mentor new hires, and cross-train associates as necessary.
  • Actively communicate and share information and expectations with the Supervisor, participate in team meetings and focus groups, and offer input on facility issues.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and treat all associates with respect and dignity, reporting any issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
  • Support management decisions and communicate concerns when appropriate, assisting the Team Leader and Supervisor in executing their duties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and notify the Supervisor of potential safety or health issues.
  • Support, follow, and monitor all safety requirements, providing immediate feedback where necessary.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.
