SummaryRH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Leader of Brand Packaging to own the end-to-end execution and operational strategy for premium packaging, labeling, and graphic collateral across all brand categories. This role partners across merchandising, supply chain, product development, legal, and creative teams to ensure every package upholds RHs uncompromising standards and brand integrity, while continually driving operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities- Lead the full production lifecycle from design handoff through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time execution across all RH brands.
- Partner with merchandising, supply chain, product development, and legal to define and implement global packaging and labeling requirements.
- Resolve production challenges independently, selecting vendors, approving proofs, and ensuring all materials meet RHs visual and technical standards.
- Oversee the production of mechanical files and final deliverables, ensuring precision, compliance, and brand alignment.
- Maintain governance over digital asset systems including templates, fonts, and mechanicals, with a focus on accessibility, version control, and archival integrity.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies, driving continuous improvement across packaging production workflows.
- Represent packaging production in cross-functional meetings, offering expert guidance and strategic recommendations.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in packaging and graphic production; background in retail, luxury, or branded environments preferred.
- Expertise in packaging systems, print production workflows, and graphic preparation with a strong understanding of design intent and technical execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead production strategy, manage vendors, and make independent decisions that drive accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with expert knowledge of mechanical file setup and style sheets.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, deadline-driven projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience navigating cross-functional partnerships to align deliverables and resolve production challenges at scale.
