Production Operations Assistant - Luxury Made To Measure

As a Production Operations Assistant in the Luxury Made to Measure division, you will collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure timely issuance of Made to Measure Purchase Orders. You will support operational excellence to enhance the consumer experience.

• Create Purchase Orders for Purple Label and Polo Made to Measure Orders.
• Collaborate with the Italy Sourcing office to meet deadlines for Made to Measure Orders.
• Track systemic order status daily.
• Ensure accuracy in metrics tracking.
• Troubleshoot issues that block Purchase Order creation.
• Input, update, and finalize all aspects of Purchase Orders.
• Assist with data entry in Airtable, SAP, GFE, and PLM.

• Expertise in operational excellence and understanding of deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP, Airtable, and PLM is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a corporate setting.
