- Provide technical support for new product introductions, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and quality.
- Lead continuous process improvements using problem solving and productivity techniques.
- Develop programs to recognize and reward process improvement suggestions and actions.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and execute corrective and preventative actions.
- Facilitate employee teams to improve team cohesiveness and task results.
- Conduct investigations and tests for new manufacturing methods, materials, or processes.
Requirements- BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
- Experience in equipment, product, and process development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, MS Project, and statistical packages.
- Application of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong statistical skills, problem solving, and data analysis abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Ability to rotate from sitting to standing and lift up to 25 pounds.
