Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of manufacturing or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and effective communication skills.
- Proven track record of individual and team-based success.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other systems.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
