Requirements- BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience.
- Experience in equipment evaluation and production problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, MS Project, and statistical packages.
- Application of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong statistical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Ability to rotate from sitting to standing and lift up to 25 pounds.
