Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality prescription eyewear. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you will collaborate with a team to ensure the production of eyeglasses that enhance vision and improve lives.

• Operate machines to shape and clean lenses.
• Insert lenses into matching frames.
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work in various areas such as beveling, mounting, edging, finish layout preparation, tinting, and inspection.
• Cross-train in different production areas as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three (3) months experience in a similar position.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet measurable standards.
• Manual dexterity and depth perception.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and regularly lift 10 pounds.
• Experience in the optical or medical device manufacturing industry preferred.
