Summary
Lead execution and delivery of strategic credit product initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive measurable business impact. Collaborate with bank partners and cross functional teams to define requirements, manage schedules, and ensure projects meet strategic objectives in a hybrid Seattle based role.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage execution schedules and delivery of credit projects
- Ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with bank partners and cross functional partners including Platform, Vendors, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Product
- Define and align on business, technology, risk, and operational requirements
- Identify opportunities for innovation using industry insights and market trends
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and remediate incidents
- Validate and report implementations to stakeholders across bank partner and Nordstrom
- Contribute operational data and learnings to project analysis
- Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of related experience in program or project management or similar
- Experience in project management and leading through influence in complex fast paced environments
- Experience in credit cards and payments is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing demands and enhance customer experience
- Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
- Demonstrated experience engaging business leaders, vendors, and peers
