Program Manager 2 - Operations Coe

Summary

Lead program and portfolio management for the Operations Center of Excellence with ownership of scaled events and enterprise operational practices. Partner across operations merchandising technology and HR to design processes tools and rhythms that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Support senior leaders through program governance program planning and tactical execution to strengthen operational readiness during peak events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program management best practices across the operations portfolio
• Coordinate real-time decision-making among cross functional stakeholders
• Manage operational readiness monitoring during peak volume events like Anniversary and Holiday
• Support ad hoc performance requests and deep dive analyses
• Identify align and prioritize action items for future events and planning phases
• Create communications materials processes tools and templates for program delivery
• Collaborate with leaders across operations merchandising technology and other functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations business or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supply chain industry experience preferably in retail distribution or e-commerce fulfillment
• 5+ years experience in program or portfolio management with demonstrated outcomes
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
• Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics and focus on key priorities
